We offer a unique perspective on staffing because our Founder and President is a retired Army Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) who has been in the medical field for over 30 years, anesthesia for over 16, and remains a fully credentialed and practicing provider.
We maintain close and personal relationships with clinicians and leaders in the healthcare sector, and these superior relationships can be leveraged immediately to provide maximally qualified personnel, decrease staff turnover, and deliver a rapid return to a 100% fill rate if/when needed.
