Rachel McGee is a highly skilled recruiter with over 10 years of experience designing targeted recruiting strategies to reach diverse employment segments. Known for recruiting hard-to-fill roles, she has a proven track record of shortening hiring time and building internal recruiting functions from the ground up.

Throughout her career, Rachel has recruited across multiple industries including healthcare, finance, sales, technology, and social sciences. She has worked with technology and healthcare startups as a key contributor to scaling operations, HR, and recruiting functions. She has successfully crafted recruiting campaigns to target diverse and qualified candidates. Rachel is recognized for elevating recruiting standards and consistently delivering high-quality candidates to stakeholders.

Rachel holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and a Masters in Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary. She continues to use her experience as a Mental Health Counselor to improve candidate profiling and her ability to scope unique roles quickly.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time being active with her children and friends. She lives in Austin, TX with her five kids and many animals. She believes in maintaining a healthy work-life balance and enjoys doing CrossFit, running, and spending time at her children’s MANY sporting events.
