With over four years of experience as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse, Alexia brings both clinical expertise and a deep sense of compassion to her work. Her background in the high-pressure NICU environment has shaped her ability to stay calm under pressure, solve problems quickly, and connect meaningfully with stakeholders.

At Wander Staffing, Alexia serves as a Program Manager, where she oversees several high-volume contracts. Her leadership style is grounded in empathy, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence—values she has carried over from her time at the bedside to her current role in healthcare staffing and operations.

When she’s not managing programs or caring for her tiny patients, Alexia enjoys running, baking sourdough, and spending time with her husband and their beloved dog, Panini.
